ADR empowers youth to be active participants in resolving challenges, building communication and problem-solving skills that they can use throughout their lives.
Our ADR services help young people and their supports resolve conflicts respectfully. Led by an accredited mediator, these services focus on safety, voice, and repair.
ADR OPTIONS INCLUDE:
Mediation for youth and their support teams to find fair solutions
Circle of Support meetings to coordinate care and set shared goals
Justice Circles to utilize restorative practices to repair harm and restore relationships
Skilled facilitation from an accredited family and child protection mediator
